In fourteenth century England, any woman accused of witchcraft could be punished by the Church for heresy. Join Cartographer Nigel Jeskins for a magical talk of the history of witches and learn more about the fourteen local women including Ursula Kemp who were known as the St Osyth Witches, that were tried for witchcraft in Essex back in 1582!
